Ravi (Akash), Sandhya (Biyanka) and Poonam (Poonam Singar) are buddies since childhood. Poonam's family leaves Hyderabad and goes to Vizag on transfer. After college education, both Ravi and Sandhya search for jobs. Now, Poonam comes to Hyderabad and joins the two, even developing one-sided love for Ravi, who can't move out without Sandhya. One day, Sandhya asks Ravi to take her on a city ride. She is badly hurt in an accident and is hospitalized. There is an urgent need for money for performing surgery on Sandhya. Ravi's father (Ahuti Prasad), who mistakes the friendship for love, gives the money on condition that Ravi shall not love Sandhya. Puzzled Ravi swears that he will never love his friend. But, soon the duo is in deep love with each other, but no expression from either side. What is the power of love? It forms the crux of the story.
