Balu (Naga Chaitanya) is a topper in Class X, Intermediate and in Eamcet. He joins an engineering college. He doesn’t have any other thing in mind except studies. His father (Naresh) invites his niece Mahalakshmi (Tamanna) from her village to pursue higher education in the city. She too joins the same college. She wonders at Balu’s IQ. So she request hims to help her in academics, as she comes from a Telugu medium school and she becomes the topper. This irks Balu and tries to divert her attention and in the process of this cat and mouse game, another classmate Ajit (Anand) becomes the topper.
